Long before I stepped into a gym, my journey began with martial arts. I have been a martial artist since my childhood, earning a black belt and training across various styles. This lifelong practice taught me the value of focus, consistency, and inner strength, principles that guide how I train and how I share fitness with others today.

The Science of Natural Performance

I’m not a registered dietitian or nutritionist, and I won’t pretend to be one. What I bring instead is a simple habit: I read the actual research behind a product before I ever recommend it.

The supplement industry runs on hype, cherry-picked studies, and labels designed to sell rather than inform. If the evidence behind something is thin, or the claims don’t hold up, I say so.

So when I do recommend something, it’s because the evidence genuinely supports it being safe, effective, and worth your money. Not because a label told me to.
