Supplements and Nutrition

« Supplements can help fill the gaps, but they work best around good food and steady training, not instead of them. »

Don’t just take a brand’s word for it. With supplements, I look for a clear label you can read, simple ingredients, and no miracle promises on the front of the tub.

I’m a natural lifter, not a dietitian, so I won’t pretend a tub can replace good food. What I look for is transparency: brands that tell you what is inside, keep it simple, and don’t lean on big claims. These are the brands I think are worth a look.

1. Prozis

Prozis is one of the bigger names in fitness nutrition, with a wide catalog that spans both supplements and food, so you can cover your training staples and your everyday eating in one place. Whether you’re chasing new PRs, keeping your diet consistent, or just after some easy protein-rich options, the range is broad and the prices are reasonable.

The supplement side covers the staples most lifters reach for: whey protein, creatine, amino acids, and recovery blends. What stands out here is the transparency and value, clear labels and sensible prices on the basics, rather than exotic formulas leaning on big promises. If you want simple supplements to sit alongside good food and hard training, it’s a reasonable place to look.

Worth knowing before a big order: Prozis ships from Europe, so depending on where you live, delivery times and any import costs are worth a quick check first. And with a catalog this size, it’s easy to over-buy, the basics like protein and creatine cover most people, and you don’t need the rest to make progress.
