Description
Modern life pulls you forward, into a slouch, and your body adapts to that shape.
This routine helps you work against it. It loosens the tight areas and strengthens the weak ones behind poor posture.
About the Routine
It is written by Serge, a natural lifter with over a decade of training experience. You get eight movements that mix stretches and light strengthening, each with clear instructions. You need no equipment.

Why Stretching and Strengthening Both
Poor posture is not only about tight muscles. Some areas get tight, and others get weak. That is why this routine does both, so you loosen what is tight and strengthen what is weak.
If sitting also leaves your lower back tight, see the 7-Day Lower Back Pain Relief Blueprint. For a stronger upper body, read building a strong and resilient back.
From a Lifter’s Point of View
I’m Serge. After more than a decade of lifting, I know that what you do for a few minutes a day adds up. The routine is short on purpose, so you can repeat it. If you lift and want drills for your hips and shoulders, see Hip and Shoulder Mobility for Lifters.
